Building friendship?
I observed that most of the companies even the recent deployment under an IT Technical Consulting firm here in Makati City based on the University based schools here in the Philippines but when the team that I was aligned is different. The time when I was with another company, is just beside the site that I have worked before that it seem different because I don’t see some discriminations regarding personal background. But for me, Is just how to deal yourself with your officemates. Matter of adjusting yourself with other people.
